He is survived by: his son Mike Halliwill (Penny); his siblings, Mary Lehman (Loren), Jim Halliwill (Maggie), Ed Halliwill, Leroy Halliwill (Karen), David Halliwill (Stephanie) and Raymond Halliwill (Betty); his sister-in-law Caroline; and his former wife Sharon. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
