He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Krebs and Anna Krebs (Nelson); his brothers, Ross, Irving and Gaylord (Mary Helen); his son Ron; his daughter-in-law Darlene; and his grandson Rich Krebs.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Betts-Krebs (Elkins) of Eaton Rapids; his daughters, Barbara Scofield (Ted) of Livingston, Montana, Nancy Pick (Dan) of Cedar City, Utah, Amy Banks (Garth) of Indianapolis, Indiana and Becky Balluff (Frank) of Charlotte, Michigan.; and his stepchildren, Bob, Betsee and Mark. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard's memory can be made to Eaton County Healing and Rehabilitation Services in Charlotte, or the Charlotte Volunteer Fire Department.
