He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Holz and Virginia Holz (Wilkinson); his parents-in-law, Eugene and Irene Allen (Wimberley); and his brothers-in-law, Larry Allen and Mike Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Christina Kay Holz (James Yeomans) of Olivet and Richard David Holz (Autumn Osterman) of Sunfield; and his sisters, Diane Schwab (Gary) of Hendersonville, NC and Deborah Pumford (Dennis) of Macdoel, CA.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren.
