He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bartley and Haley Jane Bartley (Moore); his wife Judy; his grandchildren, Jessica Tate, Hayden Bartley and Trever Pennington; and his siblings, Raymond, Garland, Alverta, Roberta, Joyce, Belve and Bertha.
He is survived by: his children, Lorrie Tate (James), Julie Ward (William) and Jamie Bartley (Teresa); and his siblings, Janice Silva (Fred), Barbara Fogg (Duane) and James Bartley (Candice). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
