He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his children, Lindsey Neal, Mark Neal II (Veronica) and Allison Neal (Brandon Termeer); his grandchildren, Josephina and Brodie; his siblings, Mary Jean (Ron), Morris Neal (Brenda), Miles Neal, Margaret Dixon, Michele Brown, Maureen McAlpine (Rusty), Mike Neal (Kellie) and Melissa Hardy (Terry); his mother-in-law Elaine Rodocker; and his siblings-in-law, Kellie Fernsler (Jeff) and Mike Rodocker (Heather). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
