He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Lutz and Mildred Holcomb (Rouse); his siblings, Gene Brown and Jeannette Lutz; and his daughter Amy Lutz-Mathias.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lutz (Rhoads); his stepmother Kimiko Lutz; his children, Carla Lutz and Chad Lutz (Christie); his son-in-law Brian Mathias; his grandchildren, Kassandra Hiltner (Steven), Katelynn Lutz, Michael Whaley, Koner Lutz, Christiana Osborne, Coralynn Lutz (Brendan Austin), Eric Mathias and Cayden Lutz; and his great grandchildren, Jayson Wilson, Jaxson Wilson, Sydney Hiltner, Arrianna Lutz and Camden Austin.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer a donation to help fund a memorial headstone for Leonard.
