He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Baker (Martens); his children, Charla Parkinson (Chris), Michael Baker, Thomas Baker, James Baker (Amy), Matthew Baker and Marcus Baker (Cherish Passeno); and his siblings, Marcelyn Kelley, Darlene Raymer (Robert), Doyle Baker (Jackie) and Rosemary DeWaters (David). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
