He was predeceased by: his parents, George Chamberlain and Odelia Chamberlain (Huhn); his sister Evelyn Sias; and his sisters-in-law, Dianne Chamberlain, Nancy Spurgeon (John) and Cheryl Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Jenkins; his siblings, Patricia Glossi (James), Thomas Chamberlain, Donald Chamberlain (Kathleen) and Michael Chamberlain (Rita); and his brother-in-law William Jenkins. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
