He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Shepard; his children, D. O., Kris Bellingar (Gene), Beth Hedrick (Curtis) and Kelly Martens (Hayes); his grandchildren, Erika Williams (James), Tyler Bosworth, Chase Bosworth, Sheridan Hedrick, Mary Remington Hedrick and Quincie Martens; his great grandchildren, Bryson Bosworth, Gabby, Emerson and Maddox Williams; and his close friends, Annie and Lucie.
Those desiring, may make contributions in Quentin's honor to the family to be used for local 4-H Livestock Projects.
