He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Blanche and Beatrice Blanche (Slater); his wife Janice Blanche; and his siblings, Fred Blanche and Olive Blanche.
He is survived by: his children, George Blanche (Robin), Mark Blanche (Carleen) and Diane Cox; and his grandchildren, Melinda Sandin-Gardner (Kilee), Macie Garner (Patrick), Courtney Bradley (Aaron), Elizabeth Smith (Jeremy) and Andrew Blanche. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
If desired, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Eaton Community Health and Rehabilitation Services Activities Fund or the Eaton Community Palliative Care.
