He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Ray; his daughters, Denise Neusbaum (Josh) and Diane Smith (Edward Hoxworth); his grandchildren, Abbi Neusbaum (Dillon Domack), Alyssa Cornell (George Hammond) and Gage Neusbaum; his great grandchild Aurora Domack; his siblings, Karen Smith, Steve Smith and David Smith; his parents-in-law, Dawn Moore (David), Kriss DePue (John) and Felix Ray (Cathie); and his close friends, Tim, Dawn Kepler, Jim, Addriett Balgoyen, Orval, Robin Whitmore, Vince, Sue Lettau and Ron Puffpaff (Ruth). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
