She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward "Ted" Johnson and Ingrid Johnson (Stein); her brother Michael Johnson; and her pets, Bella and Peaches.

She is survived by: her children, Alexis Engel, Melanie Keusch (Seth Pallissard) and Chandler Keusch; her grandchildren, Breyten Beals and Penelope Pierce; her sisters, Rebecca Curtis (Michael) and Deborah Kufta; and her pet Pumpkin.

Once her father Ted became sick with Alzheimer's she left her job to take care of him.
