She is survived by: her husband James Lewellyn; her children, Barry Lewellyn (Tammy), Tamara Lewellyn and Kirk Lewellyn (Cindy); her grandchildren, Austin Landry (Whitney), Desireé Lewellyn, Ciarra Firestone (Blake), Taylor Lewellyn, Chloe Lewellyn and Hunter Lewellyn; her great grandchildren, Eli, Ellie and Caden; her sister Mina Halsey; and her close friend Mary Adams.

If desired, the family suggests memorial contributions to Healing and Health Care Foundation (Eaton County Health and Rehabilitation Services) or the First Congregational Church of Charlotte.
