She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Roy; her children, Amber Fields and Roy Fields III; her grandchildren, Julian, Nolan and Wesden; her sister Kimberly Maxey; her parents, David Kaiser and Sharon Kaiser; and her stepmother Vickie Adkins (Chuck).
