She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Middleton and Auril Middleton (Wells); her children, Mark Barnhart, Myron Waller and Kellie Fast; and her siblings, Vera Armstrong, Agnes Feikema, Leone Davis, Cleo, Clair, Barth and Francis Middleton (Butch).
She is survived by: her children, Judy Turner, Gail Dunn (Carl), Janet Ingersoll (Lloyd), LuAnn Piatt (Jeff), Margie Schmitz (Schmitty) and Robin Brott (Steve); her daughter-in-law Julie Barnhart; and her sisters-in-law, Lucille Middleton and Glenda Quinlan. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren.
