He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Newland (Brassington); his daughter Lorna Goolsby (Greg); his stepchildren, Jay Thebo, Leah Norton (Joe), Cary Armstrong and Lindsay Williams (Carlos); his grandson Reshay Newland (Krystal); his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Thebo (Lillie), Sawyer Thebo, Jesslyn Nichols (Maxwell), John Brazier and Alexzia Brazier; his siblings, Shirley Kruis (Terry), Randy Newland (Cheryl) and Paula Brink (Tom); his siblings-in-law, Bob Roebuck and Susan Newland; and his great grandchild Khalisia Newland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
