He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Perry and Mildred Perry (Sharp); his former wife Gwendolyn Claire Motyer; his sister Betty Frandsen; his siblings-in-law, Elwood Frandsen, Douglas Ehman, Derwin Motyer and Imogene Motyer (Grimes); his son Lee Perry; his niece Thais Van Ginhoven (Ehman); his granddaughter Emily; and his great great grandchild Deylani.
He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his children, Lyle III Perry (Ellen), Lizabeth Boe (Dennis), Lenn Perry and Lonn Perry (Ruth); his grandchildren, Jessamine Sicotte (Frank), Max Perry, Chace Perry, Johannes Boe (Elizabeth), Nicholas Boe (Desi), Suzy Goulart (Jared), Aaron Perry (Rachael), Joe Perry and Nathan Perry; his great grandchildren, Kalysta, Jaiden, Ailie, Ole, Thorren, Dodger, Bronte, Thatcher, Verity, Lilija, Annika and Braxton; his great great grandchildren, Daejah, Novella and Jayse; his sister-in-law Shirley Ehman (Motyer); and his brother Lenn. He is also survived by cousins, nephews and nieces.
