He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Ulanch and Edward Ulanch; and his brothers, Tom Ulanch and Bob Ulanch. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Newberg; his children, Robyn Britton (Scott), Renee Wawrzyniak (Mark), Brett Ulanch (Angie), Mike Gunnneson (Linette) and Jennifer Gunneson-Getman; his grandchildren, Josh, Aubrie, Nick, Hannah, Andrew, Jesse, Amber, Jake and Rilee; his great grandchildren, Remy, Ryker, Ellie, Bennett and Payton; his siblings, Jon Ulanch (Cathy), Edward Ulanch (Barb) and Judy Bergman; and his close friend Dan Koepke.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be given to City Impact Cedar Springs Food Bank.
