It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jennings Johnson of Cedar Springs, Michigan, born in Lakeview, Michigan, who passed away on April 7, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Vernon and Ruth Johnson (Kebler); his parents-in-law, Donald and Audrey White (Brownell); his brother-in-law James McGillen; and his niece Kelly Jean Brophy.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Ilene Johnson (White); his sisters, Leah McGillen and Neola Rendel (David); his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Reynolds (Tom) and Donald C. White Jr.; his children, Scott E. Johnson (Michele) of Hanover, PA, Brian C. Johnson (Julie) and Julie A. Johnson of Cedar Springs, MI; and his grandchildren, Donald Johnson (Debbi), Tamara Wesoloski (Jon), Chad Johnson Keefer (Rachel), Charles Johnson (Amanda), Kathleen Michael (Blake), Josephine Ellen Johnson (Luke Sanders), Celine Johnson, Gavin Johnson, Emma Johnson, Mitchell Jennings Lee Johnson, Lindsay Ilene Johnson and Trinity Hatten. He is also survived by grandchildren; many cousins, nieces and nephews, and his beloved Tabby cat.
In lieu of flowers the family would like to donate to The Springs Church, to the benefit of missionaries, Shane & Katie Jewell.
