She was predeceased by: her mother Beverly Cooper (Hoekstra). She is survived by: her father Keith Cooper (Carol); her boyfriend Eric Wood; her stepfather Dan Greve; her children, Kayden, Alex, Logan and Aiden; and her stepsiblings, Katie Cooper and Christian Cooper.

Memorial contributions may be made to a fund for her children.
