He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn (Johnson); his grandchildren, Tamara Schmeltzer (Dan), Allen Tiethoff, David Tiethoff (Lauren) and JoAnna Tiethoff; his siblings, Ruth Ann Kaufman (Harold), Patricia Rennau (Jerry), John Mark Tiethoff, Jack Tiethof (Anita), Marcia Gould and Diana Russell (Mark); and his stepmother Dorothy Tiethoff. He is also survived by married on Nov. 20, 1970; sons.
