He is survived by: his wife Loretta Lou Trisch; his children, Wanda Gilles (David) of Brighton and John Hacker (Marnie) of Cass City; his grandchildren, Mel Joling (Casey), Chad Gilles, Katie Rinke (Dan), Leslie Stec (Brandon), Jenny Kowalski (Kyle), Becca Middaugh (Kyle), Jacob Hacker (Katie) and Tom Lang; his great grandchildren, Cruz Joling, Maren Rinke, Riley Rinke, Michael Stec, Jack Kowalski and Ben Middaugh; and his sister Elaine Phelps of Caro.
