He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Booth and Janie Mae Mitchell; his sister Cathy Mitchell; and his sister-in-law Sherrie Dutton. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, Danny Booth (Traci) of Lake Orion, Jason Booth (Melissa) of Wyandotte, Brian Booth of Sedro-Woolley, WA and Kevin Booth (Christina) of Lincoln Park; his siblings, John David Booth, Steve Simpson, Janice Stanley, Theresa Simpson and Connie Simpson; and his siblings-in-law, Sam Dutton and Julie Albright (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
