Bathgate; his children, David Smith (Marti) of Inverness, FL, Bonnie Berry of Griswold, CT, Kimburley Donovan (Terry) of Cass City, Kelly Smith (Kelly) of Cass City and Kevin Smith of Cass City; his grandchildren, Joey Kreeger (Chad) of Cass City, Rebecca Cumper of Bay City, Christopher Smutek (Amanda) of Bay City, Alexandria Smith of Pittsburgh, PA, Nicholas Smith of Cass City, Josette Costa of Clearwater Beach, FL and Jason Smith of Clearwater Beach, FL; his great grandchildren, Zachary (Chelsi), Garrett, Conner, Victoria, Taylor, Madison, Tyler, Clayton and Carter; his great great grandchildren, Liam and Finnely; his sister Maxine Loren of Ligonier, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Vivian Rabideau of Cass City, Shirley Kappen of Cass City and Jack Kappen (Iris) of Cass City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
