It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Freeman Klauka Sr. of Cass City, Michigan, born in Lapeer, Michigan, who passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Klauka and Elsie Mae Klauka (Pettit); his former wife Ruby Klauka; his grandson Craig Warner; and his siblings, Clyde, Larry and Rosalee.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lebioda Klauka; his children, Diane Richardson (Scott Kain), James Jr. Klauka (Shari), David McNiel (Cyndi), Kristie Holder (Randy), Beth Mellendorf (Dan) and John Lebioda (Kristy); his grandchildren, James David, Michael, Taylar, Hailee, Logan, Trayver, David, Tim, Rick, Taylor, Kennedy, Blake, Alexis, Cole and Dalton; his great grandchildren, Dakota, Isabella, Deacon, Marshal, Braylin, Beckett, Emma, Liam, Ryleigh, Raygan and Tallulah; and his brother Floyd Klauka (Shirley). He is also survived by nieces & nephews and many beloved extended family.
