He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Powell and Florence Powell (Duffield); and his siblings, Sanford Powell (Rita), Mike Powell (Esther), Vern Powell (Earline), Dean Powell, Virginia Allison (Bill) and Rosella Kretchmer (Bill).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Cliff; his children, Brenda Fulcher (Tom) of Cass City, Mary Kerner (Don) of St. Augustine, FL and Frederick Powell, Jr. (Terrie) of Cass City; his grandchildren, Mindy LeValley (Trent), Thomas Fulcher Jr. (Kim), Jessica Kerner, Jeremy Powell, Tara Powell and Justin Powell; and his sister-in-law Barbara Poe. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
