He was predeceased by: his mother Ellen Cook; and his aunts and uncles, Earnest Cook, Lloyd Cook, Emma Long and Shirley Pope.
He is survived by: his significant other Karen Wright of Cass City; his grandsons, Blake King and Zander King; his siblings, Jeffery McCrumb of Kokomo, IN, Patrick McCrumb (Kathy) of Kokomo, IN, Robert Cook, Tonja Whitmore and Linda Donaldson of Kokomo, IN; and his aunt Tomy Cook of Cass City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
