He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ford and Sonia Ford; his former wife Bonnie; his wife Amy; his siblings, Ollie, Esther, Robbie and Levoy; and his stepson Charles Stover.

He is survived by: his children, Pam Ford-Moslander, Milton Ford (Joyce), William Ford (Shelly) and James Ford (Michelle); his stepchildren, Mark (Brenda), LouAnn (Loren) and Dee (Tony); and his brother Norman Ford. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
