He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Bollinger and Cuba Bollinger (McKee); his former wife Nancy Nickert; and his siblings, Miriam, Thomas Trew, Marjorie Bollinger, Keith and Sharon Bollinger.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Bollinger (Robin), Robert "Bob" Bollinger (Sharon) and Barbara Loudenbeck (Kevin); his grandchildren, Thomas Loudenbeck (Jennifer), Abigail Larder (Dannie), Andrew Loudenbeck (Meagan), Jaclyn Ney (John), Zachary Bollinger (Justine), Benjamin Bollinger (Jennie), Mitchell Loudenbeck (Rebekah), Kelly Bollinger, Justin Bollinger and Christopher Bollinger (Cheyenne); and his wife Norma Jean Horn. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church building fund or Fellowship Baptist Academy William McAllister scholarship fund.
