He is survived by: his wife Beverly Smith; his son Frank Smith III (Susie); his daughter-in-law Kim Smith; his grandchildren, Andy, Patrick, Mack McKearney, Frank IV, Jacob, Daniel Smith and Madison Smith; his sisters, Betty Bryant (Jay) and Marilyn Wares (Jerry); and his sister-in-law Janet Smith.
