He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon O. Shattuck and Angeline Shattuck (Piatek); his wife Lillian Rempp; his son Jeff; and his siblings, Carol Hall and Gerald Shattuck.
He is survived by: his daughter Michele Shattuck; his daughter-in-law Jamie Shattuck; his granddaughter Amanda; his siblings, Richard Shattuck (Bernida), Koreen Smith (Terry) and Arlinda Shattuck; and his close friend Roberta Paradise. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
