He is survived by: his wife Linda Rogers; his children, Kim Kobylik (Neal), Pat (Peggy), Chuck (Marsha) and Andy (Robin); his grandchildren, Kristen, Cam, Kelly, Patrick, Katie, Alyssa, Lauren, Madison, Mikayla, Logan, Jesse and Nicholas; his brothers, Ben Miller (Sue) and John Miller; his sisters-in-law, Geri, Sue and Joan; and his siblings, Mike, Gene and Kris.
