She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Jaques and Hazel Jaques (Dean); her husband Robert M. Moore; her children, Denise Neuenschwander and Brian Moore; her brothers, Keith Jaques and Robert Jaques; and her son-in-law James Lesoski.
She is survived by: her daughter Gail Lesoski; her granddaughters, Kristy Gohs, Jamie Tinsley and Stephanie Adams; her great grandchildren, Seth Howey, Gabriel Gohs, Logan Gohs, Gavin Tinsley, Lillian Tinsley and Madalynn Adams; and her sister Marcelene Morris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
