He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Moakes and Nancy Moakes (Avery). He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Kosbar; his grandchildren, Conner, Evan, Ashton, Stephanie and Tiffany; his sisters, Linda, Helen, Susan and Nancy; and also, Angela, Christian Luter, Matthew and Brandy Moakes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
