It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Golden Louise Hill of Caro, Michigan, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. Witty and Maud Witty (Cathey); her son Ira; and her siblings, James, Wesley, Melvin, Norris Witty, Thelma Mae Clary and Velma Royce King.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia A. Smith (Richard), Ricky A. Hill (Teri) and Marsha A. Kaplaniak (Michael); her grandchildren, Jason Jakubos, Kevin Jakubos, Karen Gray, Ryne Jakubos, Nathaniel Hill, Nicole DeGain, Alana Ferguson and Ashley Kaplaniak; and her sister-in-law Sharron McCreedy (Mitch). She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
The family will be present to receive friends at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the Caro United Methodist Church or to Heritage Hill Assisted Living in Caro.
