She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Hall and Helen Hall (Maier); her former husband Omar Robert Drager; her husband Richard James Ewald; her close friend Raymond Root; her daughter Cheryl Ann Ewald; and her brothers, Donald Hall and Lyle Hall.

She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Drager of Caro, James K. Ewald (Sheila) of Arkansas and Keith Ewald of Caro; and her grandsons, Kevin Ewald of Fairgrove, Joe Ewald of Cass City and Jay Ewald of Arkansas. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
