He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gladys Gann, Beulah Mann and Charles Mann; and his great-grandparents, Charles and Christine Hilliard.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Mann and Cathy Mann (Graller); and his siblings, Raymond Mann (Bonnie), James Mann, Isaiah Mann (Shana) and Sarah Batey (Ryan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to TBHS- Tuscola Behavioral Health Systems by sending a check or money order payable to Tuscola County Community Foundation indicating intentions of Selecting TBHS as the designee of the funds.
