He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Welliver (Bruce); his daughter-in-law Lisa Bosse; his children, Gray Page (Shelley) and Sommer Page; his grandchildren, Brooks, Taylor, Lindsay, Garrett, Julia, Jacob, Caleb and Luke; and his great grandchildren, Piper, Hudson, Bennett, David, Theo, Odin and Calvin.
