He is survived by: his significant other Melissa DeNiel; his sisters, Barb Frazier (Lon) and Chris Cole (Shane); his brother-in-law Matt Weaver; his stepmother Tieke De Fouw; and his nieces and nephews, Megan Warner (Ryan), Caitlin Cole, Olivia Weaver, Maddie Weaver, Josh Frazier, Alex Frazier (Erika) and Trevor Cole (Valerie).
