He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Tice and Ruth Tice (Johnson); his son Thomas Tice; and his sister MaryAnn Roggenbaum. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Tice; his sons, Jeffrey and Terry Tice; and his sister Judith Stark. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
