He is survived by: his wife Alice Dean; his children, Lynda Shea (William), Karen Mater and Gregory Dean (Wendy); his grandchildren, Daniel, Evelyn, Alice Shea, Kelsey, Anna, Laura Mater, Alexandra and Garrett Dean; and his brothers, Richard and Donald Dean.
