He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howard and Lenore Howard; his parents-in-law, Aaron and Evah Finkbeiner; his brother George "Joe" Howard; and his sister-in-law Nancy Howard.
He is survived by: his sister Lenore Howard; his wife Joan Finkbeiner; his brothers, James Howard (Sally), Thomas Howard (Fran) and Raymond "Charlie" Howard (Diane); his sister-in-law Bonnie Howard; his nephew Pat Howard (Eamar); and his great-nephews, Nathan and Declan Howard.
