He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Shook and Virginia Shook. He is survived by: his grandson Anthony Shook (Monica); his great grandchildren, Wesley and Briella; his grandson Alexander Shook (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Cambria and Paisley; his grandson Justin Shook (Allison); and his siblings, Phil (Rosella), Donald (Pat), David Shook (Sally) and Sue Vanportfleet (Bill). He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
