She was predeceased by: her husband Sylvester Aimery; her daughter Bethany Smith; her grandsons, Christopher Hall and Spencer Smith; and her parents, Howard Allen and Chloe Hope Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Smith (Luz Smith) of Tucson and Allison Thomas (Frederick Thomas) of Cleveland, Ohio.; her sister Joan McClain; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Smith, Andrea Aikens, Joshua Aikens, Chloe Smith and Hope Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
