She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Buikema and Etta Buikema; her former husband Ralph Rosema; her husband William Hutt; and her brother Garry Buikema.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy Belfer (Scott), Pamela Harmsen (Mark), Sandra Swett (Jerry) and Randal Rosema; her grandchildren, Michael Belfer (Julie), Doren Colley (Nathan), Julie Fitts and Dan Harmsen (Breanne); her great grandchildren, Greyson, Clara, Sebastian, Rowan, Wylie and Harlow; her stepdaughters, Linda VanDerHeide (Evert), Kathleen VanDerHeide (Bernard), Joanne Temple (Jim), Patricia Burgess (John) and Arlene Jeurink (Allen); and her sister Carol Koetje (Al). She is also survived by 18 step grandchildren; 49 step great-grandchildren.
