He was predeceased by: his son Steven; his sisters, Dorothy Stiehl, Ruth Potapa and Anna Pierson (Lester); and his parents-in-law, Charles Stiehl (Dorothy), Gladys Krebs (Harold), Keith Blough, Theresa Posthumus (Charles), Lola Posthumus (Earl), John Johnson (Donna) and Dolores Posthumus.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie "Peggy"; his children, Barry Cargill (Karen), Mark Cargill (Marcia), Bruce Cargill (Georgeanne), Jeff Cargill (Terri) and Lori McCarthy (Gerald); his daughter-in-law Sandy Cargill; and his parents-in-law, Gerald Posthumus and Frances Blough. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church or Kindred Hospice.
