He was predeceased by: his sister Wil Moederzoon. He is survived by: his wife Sophia "Fia"; his children, Kim McClain, Matt Nieboer of Hudsonville and Dwayne Moederzoon of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Corey McClain (Angela), Alexa McClain, Nick Coon, Donovan Moederzoon, Dwayne "DJ" Moederzoon and Kathreena Moederzoon; his brothers, Hans Van Kuilenburg of Hastings and John Moederzoon (Marge); and his brother-in-law Jan Siesling of Wyoming, MI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association or a Hospice of one's choice.
