He is survived by: his pet Odie; his wife Jerone; his sons, Richard Swoveland and John Swoveland; his grandson Vincent Swoveland; his brother David Swoveland; and his siblings-in-law, Josephine Johnson, Rose Kidder, Angelo DiPiazza, Mike DiPiazza (Jeanette), Joe DiPiazza (Mary) and John DiPiazza (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
