He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Keith Vander Hulst, Lauren Vander Hulst, Eli Vander Hulst (Brooklyn Jensen), Kara Vander Hulst (Justin Duke) and Jenna Vander Hulst (Christian Thompson); his grandsons, Parker and C. J.; his siblings, Jack Vander Hulst (Pat), Lori Van Gessel, Ron Vander Hulst (Donna) and Steven Vander Hulst; and his sister-in-law Sandy Vander Hulst. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
