He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Perry and Dorothy Perry; his brother Ken Perry; his parents-in-law, Rudy and Beatrice Mattson; and his brothers-in-law, Robert and Gary Mattson.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Michael Perry (Denise), Rich Perry (Sandi) and Beth Locke (Chris); his grandchildren, Michael, Christina, Mitch, Jonathan, Anna and Mattson Perry; his great grandchild Davey Jenn Perry; and his siblings-in-law, Rich Mattson, Judy Mattson and Mary Helen Mattson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
